Dale Collier belongs to a new generation of interdisciplinary artists and activists who work within a multitude of socially engaged mediums. Dale's current projects embrace interactive new media, site specific performance, large-scale projections and audience participation.
While giving rise to the colourful complexities of geopolitics, Collier frequently interrogates Australian dreams and they're contested locations as part of contemporary urban research.
Collier was a Finalist in the Whyalla Art Prize. Country Arts SA (2017), Fisher’s Ghost Art Prize, Campbelltown Arts Centre (2016), Redland Art Awards, Redland Art Gallery (2016) and Winner of the University Of Newcastle Annual Student Art Prize (2017 & 2016) and the Brenda Clouten Memorial Travelling Scholarship, Maitland Regional Art Gallery (2016)
