Arif FURQAN
Researcher and visual artist working with archive and vernacular leftovers. His works explores the obscured and controversial history of Indonesia during the New Order regime (1960s – 1990s). He is also a part of Flock Project, a collective exploring the possibilities of photographic works through printed matters. In 2021, he received the Prince Claus Seed Award for his initiative, Unhistoried, an archive-based project focusing on Indonesian family photographs.
